LeeAnn Hefner
Executive Director
LeeAnn Hefner serves as the executive director of Allara Senior Living and brings with her over 25 years of experience in the senior care industry. She has worked in many roles, including at hospitals, skilled nursing, home health and hospice, and has managed assisted living and memory care communities. She is an active board member at Huntington Hospital, City of Hope, Methodist Hospital and End of Life Coalition. LeeAnn says her favorite thing about her job is working with the residents and their families and being a part of Allara’s beautiful community. Her goal is to ensure all residents are happy, well cared for and living their best possible lives.
In LeeAnn’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids.

Mindy Ross
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mindy Ross serves as Allara Senior Living’s director of Sales and Marketing and has over 15 years of experience in health care and senior living. Throughout her career, Mindy has worked in many different roles, but assisting seniors in the search for their perfect apartment has been her favorite by far. She moved from Washington state and joined the Allara team in 2018.

Christin Farrell
Generations Program Director
Christin Farrell is Allara Senior Living’s Generations Program director and brings 10 years of senior living industry experience to this role. She has a Residential Care Facility license, and her goal is to someday become a registered nurse. Christin loves what she does and hopes the families at Allara find comfort in knowing their loved ones are safe and well cared for.
In Christin’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on new adventures.

Helen Jaquez
Business Office Director
As a Filipino born and raised in the Philippines, Helen values hard work above all else. She came to California in 1991 and began working as a hotel concierge. From there, she moved into various other roles in the hotel industry before joining the Allara Senior Living team as the Business Office director. She hopes to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment to our community each day.

Amy Monje
Culinary Services Director
Amy Monje has over 10 years of experience cooking and working with senior living communities. She graduated from The Art Institute of California–San Diego and was classically trained in world cuisine. Right out of culinary school, she was hired as an executive chef and was quickly promoted to regional chef, where she supported over a dozen senior living communities. She believes food is an art form and food should both look and taste amazing.
In her spare time, Amy runs a nonprofit animal rescue and lives by her motto “My feet move my body, but food and animals move my soul.”

Alexis Ireland
Vibrant Life® Director
Alexis Ireland found her passion for senior living care when she interned at an assisted living community while in college at California State University–Northridge. She says, after her first week of interning, her purpose became clear and she knew senior care was the path for her. Alexis then went on to study gerontology in graduate school at the University of Southern California. Through this path, she was connected with organizations such as the Susan G. Komen awareness movement and the Alzheimer’s Association, where she was able to advocate for senior populations. Alexis is proud of her position and enjoys making residents laugh and smile.

Mark Cunningham
Building Services Director
Mark Cunningham is the Building Services director for Allara Senior Living. He brings over 20 years of building maintenance experience to the position and truly takes pride in making sure our community is in the best shape possible for our staff and residents. Mark enjoys knowing that his work has a positive impact on Allara’s residents and their family members.
In his free time, Mark enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with his friends and family, especially his three grandchildren.
