Meet the Executive Director,
Matt Ryan

With over a decade of experience in senior living, Matt Ryan has dedicated his career to serving seniors. Raised in Portland, Oregon, he developed a passion for this field early on, spending time with his grandparents. He graduated with honors in Communications from Ashford University and quickly made an impact in the industry.

Matt began his journey as Executive Director in Portland, managing a community of nearly 320 residents. His leadership and communication skills were pivotal in delivering quality care.

Known for enhancing community performance, Matt excels at resident satisfaction. He builds strong relationships with residents and families, fostering a culture of compassion and accountability.
